(Me neither. Well, I guess I can just put Sayre's apologizing skills to the test, I guess. And we've hit the first page two on Calaspia)
Sayre sighed and stopped his grumbling. He turned around, head low, and walked over to Kenai. "I'm sorry." He mumbled, gently tugging on her mane.

{x3} Kenai lifted her head from the ground when she heard hooves coming, and noticed it was Sayre returning. She scowled lightly at first. What did he want now? She let her harks slid forward to listen to him. She hadn't been expecting an apology from the dark bay brute, and her scowl ceased to be on her muzzle, though her blue eyes did not waver from his muzzle. "It's fine."

Sayre nodded. "Thank you." he said meekly, then started to lick her muzzle. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." he punctuated each word with a lick, trying to show just how grateful he was.

Kenai pulled her ears back unsure as he licked her muzzle, and he repeated the same words. Did she have something on her muzzle? She stared crossly down at her muzzle, but couldn't find anything that would need to be cleaned away. After a moment; when his licks had ceased, she let her harks droop into a relaxed spot, watchful of the dark bay brute, now a bit curious of him.

Sayre fidgeted quietly after stepping out of Kenai's personal space. He looked down at the grass, his ears perking up as he thought of another way to apologize. He reached down to yank out some grass, then held it out to Kenai by the edges of his teeth.

Kenai watched him pull at the grass and hold it out to her, and shifted her weight on her hooves slightly. He wasn't like the other stallion in their practical ways of getting a mare to join them. She flicked her tail quietly, taking the grass he had offered.

Sayre smiled at Kenai. He lifted his head up proudly, fully happy again. "Thank you." he said for one final time, then licked Kenai's nose.

Kenai blinked her blue eyes as he licked her muzzle once more, her plume lashing out lightly behind her. "You should go off and start a herd now, Sayre." She advised to him, beginning to turn to look at a different part of the forming woods.

"I guess." Sayre mumbled sadly. "But then I'd have to go and steal a mare from another stallion. The last time I tried that I got kicked in the head."

"That's when you kick back, or try to find a mare that doesn't a herd yet." Keani spoke, looking back at Sayre lightly. {WB. >.<}

"But no one really likes me. They say I'm stupid. Or obsessive. Or nuts. Or they just kick me." Sayre sighed, press his muzzle into Kenai's mane.

"Show them your proud of being obsessive or nuts. It's not always bad. Mares like a stallion that have confidence or can make them laugh. Just be yourself." Kenai said, flicking her ears as she looked back at him.

"Okay." Sayre nodded. His ears perked up as he shoved Kenai lightly with his muzzle. He pranced a few steps away, then looked back to say, "Like this?"

Kenai watched him, flicking her tail quietly behind her. "Were you going to funn or confident?" She asked in a softly joking way, blue orbs watchful.

"...I dunno." Sayre mumbled. "I was being me."
